For board game publishers and creators
Custom board game manufacturing, from BOM to finished box.
Send one component list and get one practical production route for your complete game: cards, rulebook, box, dice, miniatures, wooden pieces, inserts, assembly, QC and shipping.

What you get after submitting
A useful reply, not a generic price sheet.
Board game pricing depends on component mix, materials, molds, testing and delivery. We review your actual list and tell you what matters before you commit to production.
Full-game quote route
Printed parts, sourced components, assembly, packing and shipping considered together.
Cost driver notes
We flag expensive specs, mold risks, oversize boxes and parts that may need simpler alternatives.
Sample plan
Know whether you need digital proof, blank sample, component samples or a full pre-production copy.
Timeline and delivery path
Get practical lead-time guidance for printing, sourcing, assembly, QC and freight.
Is this the right fit?
Best for complete board game production, not one-off personal copies.
This page is for buyers who need a manufacturable product, a real supply chain and a finished game that can be delivered to a warehouse, distributor or fulfillment center.
Good fit
- Kickstarter and crowdfunding creators preparing production
- Publishers planning retail, deluxe or reprint editions
- Studios with a BOM including printed and non-paper parts
- Brands or agencies producing custom games at 500+ sets
Probably not a fit
- One single copy for personal use
- Only a few prototype decks with no production plan
- Projects with no component list, quantity or target market yet
- Buyers looking only for the cheapest single paper part
The reason to choose Huaxin
One supplier should be accountable for the finished box.
Your customer does not receive loose cards, loose dice and loose boxes. They receive one complete game. Huaxin manages the project that way from the beginning.

What we can quote together
Everything your game needs can be reviewed in one BOM.
We separate what should be printed, what should be sourced, what needs sampling, and what may affect compliance, packing or freight.

Printed core
Cards, rulebooks, boards, punchboards, tiles, rigid boxes and paper inserts are planned through Huaxin's print workflow.
Sourced pieces
Dice, wooden pieces, miniatures, metal coins, plastic trays and cloth bags are sourced and checked against your full game spec.
Finished game
Assembly, component count, QC, shrink wrap, cartons and shipping are managed before the finished box leaves production.
Fast production route
From BOM review to shipment, the workflow is built to prevent handoff delays.
Printed parts and sourced parts are planned together, so sampling, production, assembly and freight are not treated as separate disconnected jobs.

BOM review
We check specs, risks and cost drivers.
Quote
One itemized quote for the complete game.
Sample
Approve one assembled pre-production copy.
Production
Printing and sourced components run together.
Assembly
Components packed into the final box.
QC
Color, count, fit and packaging checks.
Shipping
EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP available.
Reorder
Files and specs kept for faster reprints.
Clear starting point
MOQ starts from 500 complete sets, and every quote starts with your component list.
A card-only game and a miniature-heavy game cannot be priced the same way. Your BOM lets us quote the real product, then show where cost can be reduced without weakening the game experience.
500-999 sets
Good for first production, conventions and market testing.
1,000-2,999 sets
Better unit cost for crowdfunding or retail launch.
3,000+ sets
Stronger pricing for sourced components and molded items.
Quick answers
Before you send the BOM.
Can you quote if my BOM is rough?
Yes. A rough component list is enough for an initial review. We will ask for missing sizes, quantities, materials and destination details before final pricing.
Can you source dice, miniatures and wooden pieces?
Yes. Huaxin manages common non-paper board game components through specialist production partners and checks them as part of the complete game.
Can I approve one complete sample?
Yes. We recommend one assembled pre-production copy with printed parts, sourced parts, insert and box together before mass production.
Can you ship to my warehouse or fulfillment center?
Yes. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP options are available depending on destination, timeline and order size.
How long does a sample take, and is there a sample cost?
A full pre-production copy usually takes about 15-20 days after specs and files are confirmed, depending on sourced components and molds. Sample cost is quoted before sampling and can often be credited or discussed with the production order.
