Get one complete-game quote

Send your BOM or rough component list. We will reply with an itemized quote route and the right production questions.

A rough BOM is enough to start. Final pricing depends on sizes, materials, molds, testing and destination.

Why This Matters

Making a board game should not mean managing five factories.

Many suppliers can print cards, boards or boxes. The hard part is coordinating every non-paper component, approving one complete sample, checking the count, packing everything correctly and keeping the shipment on schedule.

Comparison between multiple suppliers and one complete board game manufacturing partner

Cards are ready. Dice are late.

One small component delay can hold back the whole order and force you to explain delays to distributors or backers.

Samples arrive separately.

Loose cards, loose miniatures and loose trays do not prove that the final assembled game actually works.

No one owns assembly.

A print-only factory may not count, insert, shrink wrap, barcode and carton the finished game.

Freight gets messy.

Multiple suppliers mean multiple cartons, schedules, documents and consolidation risks.

Our service removes that handoff risk: one BOM, one quote, one pre-production copy, one QC standard and one shipment plan.

The Core Difference

We deliver the complete game, not just the paper components.

A print-only supplier sells parts. Huaxin delivers a finished, shrink-wrapped, retail-ready game and takes responsibility for every component inside the box.

Print-only supplier vs. complete game partner

The difference is not whether a supplier can print cards. The difference is who owns every component until the finished game is ready to sell.

Our Foundation

Paper components are controlled in our own printing workflow.

The parts players touch most often need stable color, accurate cutting, good material feel and reliable reprint consistency. That is why the printed core of your game stays under our own production control.

How It Works

From files to freight, one owner keeps the game moving.

We plan printed parts and sourced parts in parallel, so your project does not wait for one factory to finish before another begins.

Board game production process from BOM review to delivery

BOM review

We check component count, sizes, materials, molds, destination market and cost-risk specs before quoting.

24h

Single itemized quote

Printed parts, sourced components, assembly, packing and freight options are quoted in one clear breakdown.

24-48h

Digital proof

Artwork, bleed, die-lines, color, material notes and packing structure are checked before sampling.

About 3 days

Pre-production copy

You approve one physical game with the real box and every component assembled together.

15-20 days

Mass production

Paper components run through our print workflow while sourced components are produced in parallel.

25-35 days

QC and assembly

Color, finish, component count, insert fit, packing sequence, shrink wrap and cartons are checked.

Compliance and Market Readiness

Testing, labeling and paperwork are planned before production.

Games sold into the EU, UK and US need the right safety route, labels and documents. We help you scope testing based on the actual BOM, target age and destination market.

EU / UK

EN71, CE, UKCA, REACH and packaging traceability support depending on age grading and component mix.

US

ASTM F963, CPSIA, CPC and tracking label support for applicable children’s product routes.

Sustainability

FSC paper options, soy-based ink options, plastic-free insert routes and audit documentation on request.

Tell us your target age group and destination market at BOM stage so we can help avoid the wrong test route.

MOQ and Pricing

One number that already includes the whole game.

We quote per finished game, not as disconnected component fragments. You can still see component-level cost drivers, so you know where to upgrade and where to simplify.

FAQ

Straight answers for board game projects.

Can you really source everything?

For most board game BOMs, yes. Printed parts are controlled through our own workflow. Dice, miniatures, wood, metal, plastic and textile parts are managed through specialist component partners.

What is your MOQ?

Our practical MOQ for complete games is usually 500 sets. Some molded, painted or highly customized parts may require higher quantities.

How fast can I get a quote?

We can usually review a rough BOM within 24 hours and prepare a more complete itemized quote within 24-48 hours after key specs are clear.

Can I get one assembled sample?

Yes. We recommend a full pre-production copy with the real box and every component inside before mass production.

Do you handle miniatures and molds?

Yes. We can review 3D files, quote mold costs, arrange samples and manage miniature production as part of the full game project.

What files do you need?

AI, PDF, PSD, CDR or INDD for print files; STL or OBJ for miniatures. Vector artwork, CMYK color and 3mm bleed are preferred.

Can you ship DDP?

Yes. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP options are available depending on destination, timeline and order size.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We can sign an NDA before you share unreleased artwork, mechanics, prototypes or campaign files.
